Winter Opens
These fun events are designed to be played during the months when most courses are suffering under the ravages of bad weather with rain-soaked fairways and uneven greens. Not here at Salisbury & South Wilts! Here, because we are a downland course constructed on a chalk subsoil, our fairways stay grassy and greens smooth and if you do happen to find a bad lie then you can consider yourself very unlucky. Our Greenkeepers ensure that the course is always presented in excellent condition and remains playable on proper greens throughout the year.
If you have not as yet visited us then now is your chance to play on one of the finest golf courses in Wiltshire. Come along for not only an excellent and enjoyable day's golf but also experience some fine food and warm hospitality - and of course, there's always a chance to win superb prizes!
