Fellow Golfers,
We are pleased to announce the next annual Seniors Open in June.
Closing date for entries will be 3 weeks before the Event Date.
Entry for this event can be made using an online form which becomes active automatically on the 1st November the previous year and remains open until either the entry is full or the closing date is reached.
Our preferred payment method is by BACS Bank Transfer, however if you are unable to do this then payment by cheque can be made but ONLY with prior approval of the Seniors Open Treasurer.  Please see below the required contact  information:

OPEN EVENT INFORMATION

ENTRY FEE: - £45 per player (Members - £30 pp)
(to include Coffee + Bacon Bap on Arrival + 2 Course Buffet)

PAYMENT: - Your Entry is NOT confirmed until payment has been received. Payment is requested promptly and should be made via BACS Bank Transfer to:-

N.B. Please use as Payee Reference the Initial & Surname for ALL players for whom this payment is being made on your BACS Transfer or cheque.

It is important to note that sometimes you are unable to enter ALL the players' names in the Payee Reference line due to space, in this case we request that you enter only your name and send an email showing ALL the players' names using this link -->  Seniors Open Treasurer

FORMAT: - Individual Stableford (Qualifier) using 95% of Course Handicap

H/C LIMIT: - Max WHS H/C Index 20.3. Higher H/C players may enter but will be limited to a Playing Handicap of 21.

AGE LIMIT: - 60 years or over on the day

GROUP SIZE: - Maximum of 3 players from same Club in any group

PRIZES: - Awarded for Best Home & Away scores plus Nearest the Pin on all Par 3's and Longest Drive

• COMPLETE ALL SECTIONS BEFORE SELECTING THE 'SUBMIT FORM' BUTTON. THIS FORM CAN ONLY BE SUBMITTED ONCE PER PLAYER.

• REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE UP TO THE CLOSING DATE.
TO OBTAIN A REFUND AFTER THIS DATE WILL REQUIRE THAT YOU FIND A SUITABLE REPLACEMENT PLAYER.

• AFTER SUBMISSION, IF YOU DO NOT SEE A 'Good News' MESSAGE, CHECK FOR AN ERROR MESSAGE AT THE TOP OF THIS FORM

• CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES IS 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE. ie 15 MAY 2024 - OR EARLIER IF FULL ENTRY IS REACHED.
